Eurodib’s Slush Machines by Cofrimell are an essential addition to the Foodservice Industry, designed to provide high chilling capacity that keeps beverages refreshingly cold, even in the hottest conditions. Featuring high-quality construction for durability and easy cleaning for convenience, these machines are crucial for any food service operation. The machines come equipped with standard features such as a 3 x 2.6 Gal (10 L) tank, a CFC-free cooling system, a stainless steel weld-free cylindrical evaporator, and a forced air-cooled hermetic compressor. They operate on low tension (12V) and have a wire-free lid with LED technology, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly without the need for tools. Exclusively designed for use with powder or syrup mixes diluted with water, they can also accommodate alcohol (like vodka, tequila, and rum) as long as pre-mixed, canned, or bottled beverages are not utilized. It’s important to note that the Brix concentration should be a minimum of 13° to ensure optimal freezing; too much sugar will hinder the freezing process, while too little can result in a solidified product harmful to the machine. A 220V model is available upon request and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for special orders. These machines originate from Italy and come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, as well as a 3-year warranty on the compressor. Dimensions include a height of 33”, length of 21”, width of 23.6”, and a weight of 158.5 lbs, with package dimensions of 32” in length, 47” in height, and a package weight of 210 lbs.
